Get the best sprint estimate
- Use a straight, open section of track or road with a clear view of the sky.
- Start from a complete standstill.
- Run for at least 60 metres; longer efforts provide more useful data.
- Run through the end of the effort before slowing down.
- Curved sprints can produce less accurate GPS speed estimates.
